“Do more of what makes you happy” 🌈tambour à broder et bannière🎠

Deux créa’ : 3 tutos !

• Utiliser du papier transfert pour imprimer vos motifs préférés ♥

• Transformer un tambour à broder en une jolie déco murale

• Coudre une bannière décorative toute mignonne (et parfumée en plus !)

Rassurez-vous, on ne va pas tout faire en même temps 🙂 ça serait un peu long à lire dans un seul billet. Je vais faire simple et vous montrer simplement la réalisation du tambour (on se garde le tuto de la bannière pour la semaine prochaine).

Matériel :

du papier transfert pour tissu (+ fer à repasser)
de la toile blanche
un tambour à broder
laine et kit pour pompons
de la colle (colle chaude/colle à tissu)

Réalisation :

découper un morceau de toile suffisamment grand par rapport au tambour (prévoir environ 4 cm de plus que le diamètre du tambour)

! attention : votre toile doit être super nickel, sus aux poils de chat 😉

choisir votre illustration et l’imprimer aux bonnes dimensions

! attention aux réglages de l’imprimante : choisir IMPRESSION POUR PAPIER TRANSFERT (l’impression se fera “à l’envers… pour finalement apparaître du “bon côté” une fois le transfert réalisé)

découper le motif, le centrer sur le tissus pour repérer à quelle position vous allez le placer/le transférer sur le tissu

retourner le papier transfert (motif encré contre la toile) et repasser sur le papier sulfurisé/la couche protectrice avec un fer très chaud (n’hésitez pas à bien appuyer) puis retirer la couche protectrice

bien repasser la toile (elle doit être bien nette, bien lisse), la tendre sur le cerceau intérieur du tambour et l’y coller (si besoin découper l’excès de tissu)

faire quelques petits pompons de couleurs assorties au motif transféré sur la toile et attacher ces pompons au cerceau extérieur du tambour à broder

enrouler de la laine (ou un ruban) autour du cercle extérieur, fermer le tambour et accrocher votre oeuvre 😉

Je ne vais pas laisser mes motifs “happy” côte à côte, ils sont beaucoup trop semblables 😉 Je vais devoir les séparer et je me demande si je ne vais pas mettre la petite bannière sur la porte de mon bureau (?).
